Chris Martin Only Eats Once a Day Because of Bruce Springsteen – Find Out Why
Chris Martin has an unusual eating habit. The 46-year-old Coldplay frontman revealed that he only eats one meal a day in a new interview. During an appearance on the Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend podcast, the musician explained that he doesn't "have dinner anymore," and it all has to do with Bruce Springsteen. "I actually don't have dinner anymore. I stop eating at four and I learned that from having lunch with Bruce Springsteen," he said. When he asked the 73-year-old entertainer about staying in shape, he was surprised to learn about his diet. "I was on a really strict diet anyway. But I was like, 'Bruce looks even more in shape than me.' And Patti [Springsteen's wife] said he's only eating one meal a day. So I was like, 'Well, there we go. That's my next challenge.'" He joked that Bruce's single meal is a "flank of buffalo with a steroid sauce." His comments come at the same time that ex-wife has come under fire for her own diet. Listen to the episode...
