Kaley Cuoco Is A Murder Podcast Super Fan On The Hunt For a Serial Killer in Peacock's 'Based On A True Story' Trailer - Watch!
Kaley Cuoco is on the case in the brand new trailer for her upcoming Peacock series, Based on a True Story. The 37-year-old actress stars with Chris Messina and Tom Bateman in the new show, which centers on a realtor, a former tennis star and a plumber who seize a unique opportunity to capitalize on America’s obsession with true crime. Priscilla Quintana, Liana Liberato, Natalia Dyer, Alex Alomar Akpobome, Aisha Alfa, Annabelle Dexter-Jones, and Li Jun Li also star in the new show. “I became fascinated with the idea of a relatable married couple whose youthful dreams hadn’t come to fruition and who saw the true crime tidal wave as an opportunity to change their lives and save their marriage,” showrunner Craig Rosenberg, shared about the show. “Our Los Angeles setting – the city where everybody wants to be famous – became a vivid backdrop to our story of fame, ambition, aspiration and murder.” All eight episodes of Based On a True Story will be released on Peacock on June 8.
